Kids Korner
by Amber George
March is here and the children's ministry is rolling right along. The new series the kids are starting in Sunday school is Serving God . The kids will have a chance to see how they can serve God in simple ways everyday.
On Wednesday nights the kids are still meeting from 7:00-8:00 p.m. The new lesson series they are doing gets the kids involved. Every week they will choose a new person from the Bible and learn all about them. The first lesson they chose is on Queen Esther.
Also, Miss Kitty will be doing art class the last Wednesday of the month. It is a lot of fun and a great time to invite a friend.
And, Easter is right around the corner. That means it is just about that time for... TAMALES! Order forms will be out later in the month. Don't miss out.
And, on behalf of the kids and myself, I want to say goodbye to Ryan. You will be missed and we will be very sad to see you go. Thank you for everything. Good luck at the new church.

Message from the Elder Board
God bless each of you in the name of Jesus Christ. The Elders and CCH Staff pray for you often. God’s Word clearly encourages prayer to God on behalf of others. We invite you to continue being “prayer partners” and prayer for others. Philippians 4:6 also notes that we should replace worry with prayer and thanksgiving. It is a pleasure to stand with you.

Youth News
by Ryan Reed
Hey Everyone,
Well as all of you should know by now, I have resigned and am following a call to go serve in ministry at another church. I want to thank you all for the wonderful times I have had here at CCH, I have loved every minute of it. You all have become like family to me and I will miss every one of you dearly. I have a couple of requests that I want to ask of the youth and of the adults upon my leaving.
Youth :
Keep coming, this church needs you, you are important and loved, so stay involved in the youth group. Go easy on whoever is teaching, I don’t want to hear of any teachers getting black eyes. Stay focused on Jesus, he’ll guide you guys through thick and thin.
Adults:
Give Pastor Dave as much trouble as you can, it will keep him young and we all know he needs that. Tell the staff how much you appreciate them and love them for all the hard work they do.
You all have been wonderful and I love each of you. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of the CCH family.
See you around,
Ryan
