Hello CCH Family!!
What a great church we have!! Thank you for being a very
important part of the Christian Church of the Hills family.
You are
the reason this church continues to be a special place
of hope and inspiration to so many people.
We are only a week away from Easter Sunday! This is such
a special time of the year as we celebrate the resurrection
of our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ!
Remember that Easter worship services are attended more than
any other worship service all year long. Many of your friends
will go to an Easter service who would not generally agree
to attend with you any other week. Why not use that opportunity
to invite a friend? I’m challenging every person at CCH
to invite three people to Easter services!! Don’t be
afraid to invite your friends or neighbors, many of them are
looking
for a church to attend on Easter Sunday.

TO BE A GREAT DAY
AT CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF THE HILLS!! Following Easter Sunday I will be starting a new series
entitled, “HELP
FOR LIFE’S CHALLENGES”. Sooner or later you begin
to realize that life is not a bed of roses. Everyone experiences
situations in life that can seem overwhelming, discouraging,
challenging and many times almost impossible and we can all use
help when those situations come. In this series we are going
to take some snapshots of some Old Testament individuals and
how they handled some difficult situations and challenges. Here’s
the lineup…
April 15, Elijah – Help for Handling Discouragement
April 22, David – Help for Facing Obstacles
April 29, Joseph – Help for Overcoming Temptation
May 6, Naomi – Help for Handling Losses
in Life I’LL SEE YOU ON EASTER SUNDAY!!

Berniece B.—Having tests done. Please pray for a
good outcome.
D. Carter—Prayer for a quicker recovery from his hernia
surgery, he is frustrated with the slow healing.
Nancy O.—Our faithful prayer chain leader had knee surgery
last week. She is recovering nicely. Pray that she will be pain
free.
Fran F.—Healing from her sinus surgery and getting
ready to have knee surgery. Please keep Fran in your prayers!
Lori H. (Patti’s friend) recurrence of her cancer, pray
for full recovery.

Crest’s annual event for girls Kindergarten
and older with their moms is on May 18-20 and June 1-3. Flyers
are on the table as you exit in the lobby. A sign up sheet
is there for carpooling as well. Both dates are being attended
by some from CCH, if you have any questions do not hesitate
to
call
the church office.
